Refund and Dispute Policy

Your financial support allows us to act swiftly to feed the hungry, provide medical care to the sick, and shelter displaced families in crisis zones. Because our resources are deployed immediately to the frontlines to fund these life-saving missions, we have established the following Refund and Dispute Policy.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

​All donations, contributions, and payments made to the Amazing Foundation are strictly final and non-refundable.

​By making a financial gift to our organization, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is a voluntary, irrevocable donation. Once a transaction is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to our active charitable programs.

2. Accidental Duplicate Transactions

​While our standard policy is that all payments are non-refundable, we understand that technical errors can occasionally occur. The Amazing Foundation will only consider a refund in the event of a proven, accidental duplicate transaction (e.g., your card was charged twice for the same intended donation due to a system glitch).

  • Reporting an Error: If you notice a duplicate charge, you must notify us within 7 to 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Proof Required: Please provide your donation receipt, the date of the transaction, and the exact amount so we can investigate the issue with our payment processor.

3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

​If you believe that your credit card or payment information was used to make a donation to the Amazing Foundation without your authorization, please contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report the fraud. We will cooperate fully with financial institutions to resolve any proven fraudulent transactions.

4. Dispute Resolution

​We are committed to maintaining a transparent and trusting relationship with our supporters. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your payment history, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to provide donation records and clarify any discrepancies.
